Call to Prayer
My God, be with me in this holy moment.All praise to the Creator, to the Word Incarnate, and to the Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen
Creed
I believe in God, our Creator,Author of Heaven and Earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ,
The Word Incarnate, our Savior.
The Word was made manifest
by the power of the Holy Spirit
and was born Jesus, child of Mary.
Jesus suffered under Roman oppression,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
On the third day The Word returned,
revealing the power of Love over Hate.
The Word entered us,
and draws us even now
into the heart of all Creation.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the community of Church,
the communion of Saints,
the forgiveness of Sins,
the resurrection of our Souls,
and life everlasting through reunion with God.

Examen
- Give yourself a few moments to feel God's presence.
- Review the events of the day giving thanks to God.
- Remember the emotions you experienced, and think of them as movements of the Holy Spirit within you. What did you experience?
- Allow your thoughts to settle on one event of the day that seems pregnant with the presence of God. Ask God to send you Holy Wisdom to understand how God is speaking to you through that event.
- Ask God for Wisdom in facing the new challenges of tomorrow.
